A learning product
members finish.
A personalised retirement coach that turns three inputs into a plan, a lesson, a quiz, a to-do list and a score members come back for. Fully white-labelled to any fund’s brand.
Retirement,
one step at a time.
A short, guided plan that turns your super into something you actually understand.
Scroll to walk through it — or tap the phone and take it for a drive yourself.
Three questions, before an account
Age, income, balance. Nothing a member has to look up, no sign-up wall, no password. The entire ask is calibrated to what someone will answer on a phone during an ad break.
Why it works
Every field you add here costs you members. The product asks for exactly the three that make the next screen possible.
The number that starts the conversation
Their projected balance at 67, and how today’s balance sits against the published averages for their age. This is the hook: an abstract account becomes a number they have an opinion about, and a gap they want closed.
Why it works
Delivered before any commitment is asked for. The learning plan is only offered once the member has a reason to want it.
Lessons that ask questions back
Topics run five minutes, section by section, built from CMS blocks your content team controls — text, callouts, statistics, quotes. Some sections stop and ask the member something, and will not advance until they answer.
Why it works
That inline question is the difference between a course and a profile. Every answer is a fact about the member you did not have before.
Their own words, read back
The topic closes with the conclusion, the key takeaways, and a snapshot of what they told you along the way. Members who see their own answers reflected finish the topic and start the next one.
Why it works
The whole lesson can also be read aloud — the same browser speech engine the live product uses, so it works offline and costs nothing to run.
Proof, with an explanation either way
A short quiz marks the topic. Right or wrong, every question comes back with the reasoning — the score is a device for delivering the explanation, not a gate.
Why it works
Passing is what marks a topic complete, and completion is what the readiness score is built from.
Specific things to do, not general advice
Each topic unlocks its own actions — search for lost super, check your insurance, nominate a beneficiary — which land on a persistent to-do list the member comes back to.
Why it works
This is where a learning product turns into a servicing channel. Every action is one your fund can help complete.
One number they come back for
Readiness combines getting set up, topics completed and actions actually taken. Learning alone cannot fill the dial — the member has to do something, which is precisely the behaviour a fund wants.
Why it works
It is the retention mechanic: a number that only moves when they engage, sitting on the home screen every time they open the app.
See it with your content in it
We will run this against your own topics, your brand and your member data model, and show you what the build actually involves.
